WINNERS 2002

St Thomas School won the Ed Smith Trophy for the first time ever in March, 2002. Congratulations to the boys who went through the tournament undefeated in all games. The results - Muirfield 6 - 1 Inverbrothock 4 - 0 Hayshead 1 - 0 Timmergreens 3 - 0 In the semi final they came up against Friockheim and won 2 - 1 In the Final they were to again meet and defeat Hayshead 4 - 1

In 2003 our team did it again!! The results this time were - St Thomas 3 - 0 Timmergreens St Thomas 0 - 0 Hayshead St Thomas 4 - 0 Ladyloan Semi Final St Thomas 4 - 1 Inverbrothock
	The team played well in the opening rounds scoring many goals like this one. Three wins and a draw meant they went through to the semi final to meet Inverbrothock. Here they were successful and proceeded on to the Final.
The exciting final against Friockheim
In the Final they met Friockheim. This was a very close and exciting game with Friockheim taking a 2 0 lead into half time. However a fighting comeback in the second half saw St Thomas draw level and then take the lead to win the game 3 - 2
